Becoming a successful life insurance agent or building a profitable life insurance agency depends entirely on your individual effort, work ethic, skills, sales ability, market conditions, compliance with carrier guidelines, and many other factors outside of our control.
No income, sales volume, rank advancement, or business success is guaranteed.
Any income examples or testimonials shown represent exceptional results and are not typical. Most individuals who enter the life insurance profession earn modest incomes or may earn no income at all. Past performance of any individual or agency is not indicative of future results.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own business decisions, actions, and results.

13. CRM Subscription Services and Billing
We offer access to the Anderson team CRM platform and related features, including phone number monitoring (“CRM Services”), on a monthly subscription basis at a rate of $70 per month (plus any applicable taxes, fees, or charges) (“Subscription Fee”).
By subscribing to the CRM Services, you agree to pay the Subscription Fee on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on the billing date each month until your subscription is canceled. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.
Cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription to the CRM Services at any time. If you cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. To avoid being billed for the next month, you must cancel before the next billing date.
No Refunds.
All payments for Subscription Fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial months of service or for periods during which you did not use the CRM Services. You will continue to have access to the CRM Services until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
How to Cancel.
To cancel your subscription, you may do so by simply clicking cancel in your confirmation email or by sending an email to [email protected] requesting cancellation and providing your account information.
We reserve the right to modify the Subscription Fee or features of the CRM Services upon providing reasonable notice. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
This section is in addition to, and does not limit, any other provisions in these Terms.
